About

My name is Cristiano Maria Gaston. I was born in 1971 in Rome, where I still live and work.

I was graduated from Medicine in 1996, specialized in Psychiatry and Psychoterapy in 2000 and obtained a PhD in 2003. I teached Psychiatry and Psychology of Groups at the University of Roma Tre in the years 2002-2008.

I've always been fascinated by human creativity in any way, from art, photography, literature to philosophy, science and technology. The bunch of projects I'm involved in may seem totally unrelated, but in my mind they are just different aspects of the same continuum.

I'm Vicepresident of BombaCarta, an association which organizes workshops, lessons, meetings on art, literature and creativity and explores the creative experience.

I'm the founder and owner of BehindTheRabbit, a web-design company.

My first Mac was a Macintosh SE: with it I moved my first steps with HyperTalk, switching soon to HTML and web-oriented languages.

It still works smoothly.
